as opposed to me, a verbose individual.

You may have put your finger on the whole Delta operation right now--the best front-line people in the industry forced to give out a boring in-flight product.

On the long haul domestic flights, the EATS program often has better food than the complimentary meals in F. While the FAs are great, there is very little flair in the service.

While the AVOD concept is great, many planes have either a crash-prone system or one where many of the monitors and/or speaker systems are broken.

Don't get me wrong--I'm extremely grateful for the upgrades and the other aspects of the FF program. I'm just bored with flying right now. Next week I'll feel differently about that, but that is how I feel today.
