Another typically experience with the Diamond Desk.

Tried to use a Be My Guest cert on a Diamond Force which took 4 phone calls. Finally hit the lottery and got an agent who took care of it in 3 minutes.

Hilton should really audit their agents and get the lower performers off the Diamond Desk.
