Don't waste a day of your life at an airport! Get out. If you've done Frankfurt too often, pick some other places in the area. There are plenty to choose from and you can get there easily by train.

BTW: In Frankfurt, I liked the Telecommunications Museum.

If you want to invest in a rental car, you could even go to Luxembourg.
