I am a SEA based DM. I am still waiting for my first AS upgrade based on my DL status. I only get lucky when I am traveling with my MVP Gold friends and they sponsor me. So, not to rain on your parade, yes you are eligible, but your chances as a DL flyer out of SEA are dim. You might get lucky at off hour flights or traveling out places other than SEA (e.g. PDX). But on the SEA-MCO even MVP Gold75K have trouble.
The only edge you have on MVPs is the OLCI T-24 loophole. Until AS is closing it.
If you want a reasonable shot at an upgrade stick with DL. But then again, as a GM it is getting tougher....
