Another thing I hated with A3's new ATH lounge which I used in December and will again use in a few days time is the smoking area is supposed to be closed by a door. The staff often leave it open so all the smoke comes into the normal lounge. Not nice and I know the Greeks love to smoke away but A3 should know better I hate it. I much prefer the OA lounge its relaxing and has everything you need.
Agree on both of them, actually the OA Gold Business class is probably the best Business in flight experience in Europe.

I also hate the Aegean Lounge for the same reason, are you aware if it is legal? Since October smoking is forbidden in Greece on public buildings, that's why there are not any smoking areas at ATH. I am a smoker but to have a smoking room in the lounge is not the most attractive thing, I personally feel embarrassment when non Greek friends I have are mentioning Aegean's lounge.
