Hi award booking gurus,

I have been trying to check if this is at all possible or whether I just have to book a Taipei to Manila paid ticket separately.

I know only 3 airlines that have nonstop service on this route (are there others):
Philippine Airlines
China Airlines
Eva Airways

I don't know if the routing rules are flexible enough with any mileage program to allow me to book an airline with one-stop service to MNL after a stop in TPE.

I can't find any of these airlines as listed as partners for redeeming miles with AA or UA. I did find Eva can be used with CO Onepass miles, however, they have their own separate mileage chart which I think would add 40k extra miles on to the cost (plus require that I book a RT award with CO).

I could conceivably book a roundtrip ticket and use the return to Taipei a few months later on CO or DL (since they don't have one way awards).
