I hand wash my clothing before showering. After my shower I roll up the clothing I just washed in the same towel I just used to remove as much moisture as possible and then hang those items in the shower. All the shirts and pants I hand wash are of quick drying material and all have been dry by morning. Like others sometimes my socks are not dry by morning but I carry a couple of extra pairs so it is no big deal if they take a little extra time to dry. I also use an inflatable hanger to hang shirts. I believe these hangers aid in drying.
