Any recent usage of this travel agency? (www.sky-tours.com)

I found an attractive flight from Shanghai to Seattle (a combination of Air China and United) that I want to purchase.

I sent them an enquiry about the fare class of the Air China leg, but so far after 2 days have not received an answer.

Are they a consolidator?
