Access to YOW MLL on Intl-US connection
I will be connecting in YOW, FRA-YOW-EWR, with a 4-hour connection. Will I have access to the Maple Leaf Lounge?

It seems to me that if I take the transborder connections path, I will end up in the US departure side, with no access to the lounge.

Can I instead take the arrivals / domestic connections path, even without a boarding pass for a domestic or Intl flight?

Please don't tell me I am going to be stuck in US departure area for 4 hours.
