Yes, I've heard they're charging a fee now for reservations which can be changed online when the person calls in, unless you've already paid the fee when doing the original booking. They're even charging the fee when you make the change at the airport (except for irregular ops). Yes, it's a total crock to have to pay an agent fee on top of the ridiculous $150 change fee.
