New charts are up on Delta and here is the one for travel from North Asia. Note certain shifts in countries (no more north vs south PRC, omission of Mongolia (probably an oversight), and inclusion of HK and Phils.

Their are 3 tiers for intra-China flights based on mileage. RT Long-haul China is 60,000 miles, medium is 30K, short haul 12K. Looks like all awards are RT only, no one-ways. I haven't delved deeply enough into it all to know what implications are for taxes and fees on partner awards and status of the Intl Orig Surcharge. There's a new general thread on the FT Delta forum on all the new charts worldwide.
I have noted that theoretically, I could fly RT PEK-HNL in J for the same miles as flying to BKK. For less miles if flying in Y to Hawaii! Theoretically, because I'd be as likely to get a Low award to Hawaii as I'd be at spotting Bigfoot.
