China's headlong rush to build stadiums, airports, high-speed rail lines and other infrastructure has created plentiful opportunities for bribery, kickbacks and embezzlement. The shoddy work often leads to deadly collapses and other accidents.
There is no factual data to support the allegation of shoddy work and consequential deadly collapses and other accidents.
The article is just anti-china rhetoric to sell papers.
