Have you ever sat there, or are you just reading some reviews? In my opinion, 9B/9H are the second worst seats in C (only 9A/9J are worse). When Row 8 reclines, it physically pins your legs between your legrest and the seat back. 9AB/HJ are only good when there is no Row 8 (on the XP), but on a swap they go from the best to the worst.
