It seems like in the past SWUs were closed closer to the day of departure when the international ticket was reissued so there was little opportunity to click an error and see the ticket number.
However, this morning I bought an international ticket for November and already 2 SWUs show as closed. Unfortunately they took one SWU that expires in April and another in Sept while leaving open another one that expires in April. I talked to DL reissue and she said it didn't look that way in their records.
Perhaps this is another IT issue.
