Even Royal Ambassador doesn't guarantee you lounge access at an IC - it depends on the hotel and/or the room you book; and you aren't entitled to upgrades on reward nights, although many ICs do provide them. PC Platinum will not get you lounge access in many non-IC hotels either (CP, HI, etc.).
