It was disappointing not to be able to use IRIS yesterday and we had to queue.

Of course, we chose the wrong queue, so when a few more booths were opened at around 6.15am, we were unable to benefit. Still, it was only about 10 minutes.

I saw some booths to towards the right hand side and assume that they are the new system. They were not working.
