In the 7-8 years that I have been platinum, Continental has lost (delayed) my baggage only once until the last month. They have now lost my bags on 4 of the last 5 trips I have taken. Neither weather, or time were a factor in any of these trips.

Any idea's why the change
Sorry for your frustrations. I think your post and complaint lies with CO in that forum. Not with UA. Both airlines are operating as separate carriers until the end of the year, or thereabouts.
