Does anyone know of the hotel's deposit policy. I booked a stay for December and was greeted by the following message: "Deposit Required By February 21, 2011. Deposit By Credit Card Required. 1 Night(S) Deposit Will Be Charged To Credit Card."

Is the deposit refundable?
