I encourage those affected to threaten DL with the words "Georgia Attorney General" (i.e. give them a chance to respond before filing actual A/G complaints).

While the sudden change may not be illegal, it is something that the A/G should be aware of. What's more, airlines take A/G complaints --even those ultimately proven to be without merit-- seriously.

I have close to zero hope that the changes will be rolled back, but would be surprised if they don't end up giving us a grace period during which to book award tickets at last week's levels.
