Boarded via A10 on the 209 to MIA this morning - was lovely having a BAA bus person come on board and scream at everyone that if someone didn't take the one empty seat at the back even though the bus was rammed and no one wanted to sit in it, the bus would be going nowhere.
Secretly hoped for some kind of militant standoff, but eventually someone perched on it and off we went.
Lots of booing and lots of comments about how awful it is.
Even the captain in his welcome address before departure thanked everyone for their patience despite the cold and rain during boarding and said it wasn't the way he liked his planes to be boarded...
