According to Virtuoso agent, Skyvillas require casino approval, which can take 2-3 days to get. Perhaps they were holding them for whales??
I'd be very curious to see if anyone here has experienced an instant upgrade (paid or complimentary) to SkyVillas.
Also interesting re: resort fee. It says 2 welcome cocktails are included. While we did not pay a resort fee, we also did not receive any welcome cocktails or vouchers for same.
