AA labels the premium cabin on all flights to Puerto Rico (as well as all international flights) as "business class" regardless of the equipment, so the fact that the premium cabin is called "business" does not mean anything in itself. The seat map, however, is a good indication (though subject to last-minute swaps). Note that the business service on all short-haul international/SJU flights like this will be the same as domestic first.
Also, have any of the domestic 757s been updated with new seats?
