A10 was particularly enchanting this morning. I have now found out what has happened to the odious BAA staff who used to stand and yell at customers as they prepared for T5 security. They have been redeployed to yell at customers who have to suffer the indignity of the A10 shuffle. And to the person who dispatched the BA 752 this morning- even my kids do not speak to me in the manner that you spoke to customers this morning.
