Are cancellations really that common on PEK-ULN? How often does the wind affect arrivals? weekly? or once every month or so? Just trying to see if I should take my chances or not.

Also, why does Air China only sell Economy on these flights these days? I havent been able to purchase a premium cabin ticket on any of these flights.
