Did you specify your email, along with your phone number, during the booking?
The info in Gajan's post refers (somewhere) to your FB profile, and that is what they use for sending the "you can check in for your flight now" emails - and now I realize I did not get that either while the booking is/was in MMB.
It may be still in a trial phase.
