I agree. Just the question itself is so unrealistic.

Now, if there were a large group of passengers who are going on this flight, then sometimes airlines will hold it due to the large amount of people. Just depends on the logistics at the time. Assuming the airline would do that, and even asking if they could do that is indeed a sense of self-entitlement.

Who knows, maybe being elite on Air Tran means something these days...
