From ExpertFlyer:
KL571 17/03/11 J9 C9 I7 Z3 O0 X9 S9 B9 M9 K9 H9 L9 Q9 T9 N9 V0 W0 G0
KL567 27/03/11 J9 C9 I9 Z9 O9 X9 S9 B9 M9 K9 H9 L9 Q9 T9 N9 V9 W9 G0
Looking at the seat maps:
KL571 - very light load. 2 J seats blocked (but not occupied), and all other seats are open. In Y, only 55 seats are occupied.
KL567 - slighty busier. 4 J seats occupied and a further 2 are blocked. In Y, only 85 of the approx. 250 seats are occupied.
As regards upgrades, I'm sure others will chime in with their recent experiences. Anecdotally, mainly from reading this forum, it does seem that KLM are more willing to offer paid upgrades (either during (online) checkin, or at the gate) recently. Whether this occurs in JRO ore not, I can't say.
