SeatGuru.com has it down as a Standard seat whereas on SeatPlans.com, it says........

"Nevertheless, you have to be careful which row you choose, since in bulkhead seats and in the final row of business, the recline can be restricted. You will find these on the carrier's A330-200 aircraft in both two and three-class configuration and also on some of the B777 aircraft which have not yet been upgraded (referred to as retrofitted)."

Thats what I meant when I said that I've read conflicting reports.
