Avoid the Brookhollow in Dallas. It was one of the worst Starwood stays I've ever had. The hotel is under renovation. The staff didn't seem motivated to fix anything either. Everything was broken and nobody seemed to care. Case in point...they moved the fitness room to a little shack outside near the pool and didn't seem to care that there was a broken thermostat. While it was 90 degrees outside at 10pm, it was at least 100 in the fitness room, with the heat on. The front desk seemed bothered when I mentioned it to them. Just avoid it...
