I have a set daily amount that I cannot pass so as long as I'm below that number, it can all be claimed for Food and Bev. To answer the question at hand about my claiming for my wife, for this meal, I claimed part of the tab only (and not the whole amount), albeit a lower amount due to the "discount" that I received.
