Whew! The phone lines are a mess tonight! Agent told me PM's get unlimited changes/redeposits and that it was probably an uninformed agent.
I did what we always do - - called back! This agent first told me that PM's were only allowed 2 changes. She put me on hold to talk to a supv - came back and told me - - GET THIS - - She was confusing award tix with paid tix - - PM'S only get 2 FREE CHANGES on PAID tickets!!!!!!, but get PM's get unlimited changes on award tickets!!!! I said - W H A T??? - - She said - hold on while I talk to a supv. - - She came back and apologized - and said I see it right here on Delta.com - - PM's get unlimited redeposits and changes. She said she was confusing it with GM's. Where did she get the "PAID TICKET" thing from????? I wish I had thought to ask her which call center she's in!!
