Getting cockpit access on SQ is a rare occurence. I used to try it a lot, until of course I eventually gave up. TG has similar rules as well, and in that sense UA from the airlines I've travelled have had very liberal policies in that respect.

If the kids are young, and if they ask, then SQ MAY grant them access, but for 99% of cases imo, it will be a denial
