The on phone rep just told me that Platinum members are limited to TWO award ticket changes per year that are free. After that you pay the standard $150.00 change fee. I know I'm not the best reader, but I read my award literature carefully, and also looked on the web site. I didn't see any limitation. Did I just miss it? Have you seen this limitation? Do I have a gripe?
