Our school had purchased 5 RT Tickets from Florida to Cozumel, scheduled to depart March 30, 2011. One of the students has been incarcerated and is no longer permitted to leave the country. Would the school just lose out on this student's ticket all together? Can we change the name on the ticket? Is there anyone specific I could talk to regarding this issue at Delta? Thanks for your help.
