I'd say SK rules applies on SK metal. unless your ticket states something else. (I hope someone corrects me if I'm wrong.) In that case, your friend will have only one bag OR a skibag free.

You can't "lend" your number or status to him, but you can check in together with all of your bags if you have unused baggage allowance due to your status.
