I am a 1K this year (and have been continuously for over 10 years), and would've expected to get a refund of the difference in taxes as you mentioned, with no other charges being imposed, but they have few clues in the MNL call ctr. Unfortunately, as I am currently in Australia, it is my default call ctr.

I was also advised that MNL will be closing this month and calls will now be routed to a new call ctr in SIN (anyone heard of this?). The last thing I need is a new bunch of rookies that has to be educated.

Why oh why doesn't UA/CO bring back its call centers to the USA? Surely Mr Smisek can organise it, and it would be something that would make us pleased (as opposed to losing business for the company).
