Unfortunately, as I am currently in Australia, it is my default call ctr.

I was also advised that MNL will be closing this month and calls will now be routed to a new call ctr in SIN (anyone heard of this?). The last thing I need is a new bunch of rookies that has to be educated.

Why oh why doesn't UA/CO bring back its call centers to the USA? Surely Mr Smisek can organise it, and it would be something that would make us pleased (as opposed to losing business for the company).
So are you sure that there is not a "new bunch of rookies that has to be educated" if Mr $mi$ek were to bring back all the "call centers to the USA"?
