Best Online Rate Guarantee - reclaim?
Hi all,
I booked 3 rooms under the same reservation number on Feb 4th through Radisson.com for the Radisson Blue Palais in Vienna, to find out immediately a lower rate on a popular booking site.
I filled the Best Online rate claim, but the refund was only applied to one of the 3 rooms.
When I replied to the Customer Care specialist about the mistake (and the fact that my twin bed type preference had been erased from the bookings), the agent told me she had forwarded the data to the hotel to adjust the rate (which is a prepaid rate); I haven't heard anything back from them after 2.5 weeks)
I have no status with Radisson. What would be the best route to a resolution?
