So, I've been using my Topas Titanium luggage for a month (5 trips, two international) and here are my impressions:
1) The luggage is very good, and it is very convenient to push it through the airport with two fingers rather than drag it around by a handle. They do make distinctive looking pieces and I haven't picked up someone else's bag by mistake yet (especially because it has a FlyerTalk sticker on it.)
2) I put a plastic cover on it (made by Carry-Rite) and as a result there are absolutely no scratches on the Rimowa. I think that a plastic cover with this type of luggage is a must.
3) The luggage now has two dents in it. They are rather small, and don't look too bad. (The luggage has "character" now.) They are both in identical places in the middle of the suitcase.
4) I get the impression that it is not a good idea to "over-fill" this suitcase, because it might warp.
