if you're planning on using those delta miles do it soon! i just booked a ticket using delta miles that were just sitting around....i'm not a big delta guy so i barely had the 60k needed for a r/t asia award, and they had 0 availability on anything i wanted. I ended up booking a PHL-HND r/t when I wanted a BOS-HKG one. I yelled at the guy for hours to put me on one of the CZ flights to CAN and he was like no no no no! I even told him I'd switch to NRT if he did it...but apparently I need 120,000 miles for that

AA is really a lot better with the awards - they might be more expensive, but there is always availability....and I also had no trouble getting a *A award to get to HKG from HND

I now officially hate Delta
