I ended up having to call because of my sons age. They did waive some fee but charged a 25 dollar fee for something.. Linked to my paid PNR while on the phone.

Everything worked out well except my wife is not on the first flight of 4 due a sell out of seats on the low tier. 2 of us leave earlier to the hub city; she trails an hour or two behind to make the next flight we are on.

She will have to standby for that earlier flight. Beats a $150 change fee right now they want.
