Whilst most crew would sympathise you would need to remain seated. You could suffer a fairly serious injury if the aircraft did not experience a normal landing or departure. That said, I can't see many crew physically trying to intervene, however if on the runway but not yet moving you could potentially cause the take off to be aborted/delayed.
