Question Coming into land, and you suddenly need to leave you seat...?

Totally random question - but hopefully one of our CC members can answer. It's always been a dread of mine (and has thankfully never happened, I hasten to add).

Imagine you are just coming into land (or at the end of the runway seconds from take-off), seat belt signs are on and the crew are all strapped into their seats too. But at that moment you stomach starts to cramp and you know you have seconds to get yourself to a toilet / washroom - that meal you ate earlier in the day has obviously not agreed with you - badly - or you've got food poisoning, for example.

When the only option is to get to a bathroom V E R Y quickly, could / would you you? Would it cause utter mayhem? Would the crew block your way and demand you return to your seat? Would they understand and let you stay in the washroom?

Or would you just press the call button and 'wait'' / hope?

Ever happened?
