Just spent two nights.

Booked a Junior Suite (it was huge 954) and received this as a Platinum.

No lounge now - wasn't aware as didn't check this thread - my bad

Met at the airport in a limo and as it was my birthday given cake and champers from the GM - nice touch.

Comped buffett breakfast downstairs for both of us which was good.

Managed to see nine orangutans at Semigghoh Rehab centre including Richie - the dominant male which was great.

Staff were great (apart from the intial housekeeping hiccup) - was truly spoilt - lost count of the number of times greeted by name by different members of staff - nice touch !

Wish Air Asia had been so good
