RE: Platinum amenity; yes, provided it is not in Europe, Africa or the Middle East. Four Points choice of points is 250 Starpoints.
RE: web booking bonus; yes, provided you were targeted to receive the offer, you booked it over spg.com, and you met the other requirments of the offer.
RE: credit for the stay toward elite re-qualification; if you got all the above, you'll get this too.
RE: qualifying rate; any rate at spg.com is qualifying, including the Internet only pre-paid non-cancellable ones.
