WOW... what a bunch of mis-information here....

It is an Aeroplan IT error as those two class aircraft should be charged at 40k
The booking engine cannot understand the difference between the aircraft types. If you travel on a 3 class aircraft it is 60k, but as mentioned that service is limited to a select number of route (ORD-LAS not being one of them)

So yes book online.... and call in to get your 20k in miles back. Done this at least 20 times in the last 3 months
