I have a quick question for the experienced JL FF members here. Mrs. EX has a Japanese girlfriend in the U.K. and that person claims that JL miles expire after two years. She flies UK-Japan once a year, and as she understands just adding miles/points to the account will not stop expiration of miles older than 2 years. Now, obviously with one r/t p.a. it is impossible to apply for an award ticket. Is she right?
