I've never flown Malaysian Air but make sure your baby will fit the bassinet. Most 11 month olds are too big for most airline bassinets, which vary from airline to airline. Some though, like Lufthansa, can fit a year old baby but most only go to about 6 months.

Please note that you NEED to try out any drugs at home before flying. Some children can't tolerate antihistamines (I still have trouble) and remember that a full dose is usually not needed. All meds are stronger in the air. Talk to your ped.
