I am new to KVS so please forgive my ignorance if this has already been answered (I did search the thread)...
I found availability on a particular route/farebucket combo, and I can buy it on the airline's website, but KVS can't seem to find a fare for it:

I want to book it in H, but all I get are the Y and B fares. On CX's site I can book it in H for $1576...
Am I doing it wrong?
