Please file a complaint with the DHS Office of Inspector General Hotline. The screening clerks at ORD have established an illegal record of personally identifiable information (PII) in violation of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, and in violation of nemerous DHS and TSA CFRs and notice of records filings.
Somebody needs to be made an example of, and I hope you will take the first step. By filing with the IG, there can be no adverse action the TSA can take against you. (You're just going to have to trust me on this one.)
