Hi,

I have NZ flights booked for April (AKL-ZQN, and IVC-ZQN-AKL).

2 people on one booking.

I selected seats online, but the problem is we both prefer aisle seats, and the software doesn't seem to allow me to select that option. When I select an aisle seat for Pax 1, it automatically (and not unreasonably ) assumes we wish to sit in adjacent seats and automatically allocates the middle next to the selected aisle to Pax 2.

Will NZ happily change that over the phone and allocate say 2 x aisle seats? I know it's just a phone call to find out, but I'd like to know what to expect prior to calling.
